Kirsten Goss Tough Luxe Collection

Just as London goes into Cool Brittania overdrive, so queen of SA contemporary jewellery Kirsten Goss doffs her (oh-so-stylish) hat to that other side of the coin – Brit Punk – with names like Mclaren, Westwood and Bedlam adding to the collection’s appeal. There are also the Sid studs that brings in the Transatlantic side of the whole punk story. Her Tough Luxe collection has such an edgy appeal but there’s a classicism too – imagine teaming those sharp lines with fabrics like satin and faux fur or a simple black poloneck? Love! I’ve got my eye on an anarchy pendant … I just need to figure out what I’m protesting about! If you didn’t know yet – Kirsten is teaming up with Chloe Townsend of Missibaba fame and the pair is opening their first Cape Town retail store. It’ll be opening up on Bree Street – just another stylish spot to visit in this hip inner city hub. Here’s a collage that the Kirsten Goss team recently featured on their blog – showing just how the two brands were meant to be! Keep an eye posted here and you’ll be the first to know about the store’s opening. V x Kirsten has a shop in London but she also has stores in SA – click on the Kirsten Goss website to find out how to get your grubby paws on her designs.
