I think I’ve explained to you before that before The Captain and I lived together I lived in a girly girly space and he lived in a very man cave space. So our home together is a mix of both of us and it works well. But that doesn’t mean I don’t love beautiful floral-tinged interiors anymore, in fact I think I love and appreciate them more. Here are some blooming beautiful interiors that caught my eye… Isn’t this a great idea – one giant bloom on a wall, what’s not to love? Love these mismatched glassware and mismatched flowers lined up on a table and that watercolour dress, sigh. How about a wall of fresh blooms? I’ve featured this image before it’s styled by the amazing Marie Nichols. From fashionable frocks to detailed wallpaper, a mass of flowers always makes an impression. This pic is an oldie but a goodie and makes a case for upcycling old tins into vessels for flowers. From opulent wallpaper to naive painted furniture, blue really helps rose pinks and gold tones to pop beautifully in an interior. Here’s a novel idea – a paper flower installation on a ceiling – cute! Hope you enjoyed! V x This blog post is courtesy of Vicki Sleet.
