Family-run by Kathleen Hornby Walsh and her husband Richard, they grow and produce the majority of the items they plate. Their vegetable and herb garden supply 75 per cent of their fresh produce and allows them to be truly seasonal and nature-inspired. The casual lunch menu offers indulgence that relies on quality cooking. Signature dishes include herb fillet with marinated vegetables and basil pesto (R95) or garden beetroot with smoked salmon trout and horseradish cream (R75).
