In an official statement, the Matador Network explains why Singita Lebombo Lodge stands out against the rest attributing to the talent and interior design work of Cécile and Boyd.

'While many luxury safari camps in Africa can lean too hard on the nostalgic (or are borderline cringey in their myopic celebration of colonial Africa), Lebombo is refreshingly modern with contemporary, natural-light-filled rooms and airy sculptural touches that celebrate the surrounding wildlife.'

Designed in collaboration with GAPP Architects, Singita Lebombo Lodge has been suspended high above the N’wanetsi River on a 33 000 acre private land located on the eastern edge of the Kruger.

Spearheading the design, Cécile & Boyd, led by Geordi De Sousa Costa with creative direction from her brother and company co-founder Boyd Ferguson has created a masterpiece in African lodge's.

The bold contemporary style of the lodge has been inspired by the rockface into which it is built with the untamed terrain of the rocky embankment of the Kruger setting the scene for an opulent African escape.

Singita Lebombo Lodge is home to 13 contemporary glass-walled luxurious suites. The loft-style suites embody a romantic hideaway with the elevated wooden viewing decks allowing guests to sleep under the stars. Each suite features a roof terrace, library, interactive kitchen, espresso bar, roof terrace and more.

Lebombo is often referred to as 'Lebombo: Land of the Lions' and is reportedly an ideal place to spot the biggest and fiercest animal in the African kingdom. Guests at Singita Lebombo Lodge have the opportunity to watch the plethora of wildlife in their natural habitat from the comfort of their rooms and viewing decks.
