Weylandts opens a concept store in Sandton City

A leading furniture and homeware retailer in South Africa, Weylandts hasn't shied away from innovation this year. From a beautiful collaboration with Caesarstone, first seen at the 100% Design South Africa fair in Johannesburg, to a capsule collection with local jewellery label Pichulik, the brand has been consistently on our radar for its fresh, contemporary offerings. To add to this, Weylandts has just launched a new concept store in Sandton City.

Dramatic luxury hotel-themed shop fittings act as the canvas for Weylandts' products, with everything from lighting to cookware and linen on display. 'Although the products we feature in Sandton City will range from the affordable to the luxurious, the in-store experience will be exciting and memorable,' says the brand's founder Chris Weylandt. 'Each visit will engage all five senses and deliver world-class customer service.' The store features never-seen-before furniture and homeware, dramatic window displays, touchscreens and even a champagne bar. Here, customers will also find products from global brands – such as the UK's Timothy Oulton, which is exclusive to Weylandts.

The Sandton store will provide five-star hospitality and service with a team of expert consultants on hand, and complimentary refreshments from the champagne bar during its first month of operation. For more information, visit weylandts.co.za.
