We Love Sriracha
This paste-like hot sauce has Southeast-Asian origins (it’s named after the Thai town Sri Racha), but has become something of a global phenomenon. Blending red chillis, garlic, vinegar, salt and sugar, its tangy sweetness lends the sort of versatility that allows it to flavour everything from tacos and ramen to ice cream, while LA boasts a dedicated annual festival.
