The Art of Furoshiki
Furoshiki is an age-old Japanese tradition of wrapping cloth to transport gifts - and it's making a comeback!
More eco-friendly (not to mention lovelier) than wrapping paper, the cloth used to wrap can be part of the gift, or passed on from gift bearer to gift bearer, that's the cloth not the gift! The cloth can range from a tea towel (Studio Number 19 has some graphic hand printed options) to a luxurious scarf.
