Roche Bobois is a world-class leader in French furniture production and distribution. It was founded by two families in 1950, the Roches and the Chouchans, who bought the old Alexandre Dumas theater on rue de Lyon to start their business. The family began to sell contemporary furniture to the public, at a time during which Bauhaus inspired pieces were in high demand. In the 1960s, the business began experimenting with Scandinavian themes, and shortly after gained a full page spread in Elle, which boosted sales dramatically. In 1961 the family business went on to establish a brand identity and grow its international following.
Through the years, Roche Bobois has filled many modern spaces. Striking and unique shapes are what make up its in-demand furniture collection. Their partnership with Jean Paul Gaultier in designing collaborative pieces increased the efficacy of their brand even further. This French business is all about creativity, aesthetics, audacity and energy as well as expertise and a sense of detail. The brand is now established in 50 different countries.
A sale fondly known as ‘8 exceptional days’ is set to take place from 11 November to 28 November. Pieces from their new collection will be sold at once-off discounted prices. This new collection is dedicated to those who want it all: the latest trends, innovative design, a high level of customization, and the best of European quality and know-how.
