Designed by creative director, Adam Court, OKHA’s latest range comes in a variety of beautiful materials, using a number of different manufacturing techniques and skills. Think hand-turned wood, solid brass, blown glass and ceramics, with a focus on craftsmanship. The new collection includes the Jules Server, the Big Easy Sofa, hand-blown transparent Half Full Vessels, the Artisans Coffee Table, the Mesh Coffee Table (a direct interpretation of the architecture of Rem Koolhaas), the Verve Side Table, the YingYang Coffee Table and the Jacket Ottoman. We love the Lab Series of candleholders and lanterns, which are made up of sculptural forms reminiscent of laboratory apparatus of a bygone era, as well as the Heavyweight Series – candle sticks and Bubinga and Timber Brass Bowls that explore the fusing of handcrafted artisanal methods with industrial (machine) processes.
