With over 900 skilled and unpaid volunteers on standby 24/7 all year round, the National Sea Rescue Institute are not only saving those in need, but educating South Africa’s children on how to give CPR in an emergency situation while they wait for help to arrive.
As a non-profit organisation, the NSRI rely on public donations. You can help by becoming a regular supporter, with the added bonus being you stand five chances of winning R10 000 every month with only a minimum donation of R50 per two entries. You will also automatically be entered into their annual drawer for R100 000. These generous donations go directly to craft maintenance and the fuel costs of their life saving rescue missions.
Make a difference and contribute to the charity that’s saving lives on South Africa’s waters.
