Hot off the press is the news that Luke Dale-Roberts will be opening up a pop-up concept restaurant at The Saxon in Joburg on 21 January 2016.
The award-winning chef behind The Test Kitchen will finally be expanding his culinary horizons to Gauteng by teaming up with the iconic hotel, one of our Best in SA finalists this year.
This is not the first pop-up venture for Dale-Roberts, whose other restaurant, Pot Luck Club, enjoyed great success during its ski season stint in Verbier, Switzerland in 2012.
No details have been provided about the new restaurant’s style of menu or decor, but undoubtedly they will be of the exceptional standard for which the chef has become renowned.
