Serendipity Travel ABH Chatsworth Fair
The annual community fundraising initiative, the Serendipity Travel Aryan Benevolent Home (ABH) Chatsworth Fair, will be bringing family fun to the area, whilst supporting a worthy cause. ABH has provided holistic care for children, the elderly and the physically or mentally challenged. Expect carnival rides, food and fun. The fair will take place all weekend at Chatsworth Circus site – adjacent to the Chatsworth Stadium.

Khwezi… Say My Name
Khwezi… Say My (Her) Name is a performance adapted from ‘KHWEZI… The remarkable story of Fezekile Ntsukela Kuzwayo’ by Redi Tlhabi. It opens up into the world of a young girl who grew up in exile, who loved singing and dancing and was part of a communal village of aunts and uncles who were fighting an evil system. But this cause against apartheid, was also a battle ground upon women’s bodies on different fronts.

Crown Of The Russian Ballet

A Winter Soiree at Groot Constantia with Denis Goldberg
Denis Goldberg and The Hout Bay Ingoma Choir present a Winter Soiree at Groot Constantia, a unique opportunity to celebrate South Africa’s rich and varied culture and history.
The Hout Bay Ingoma Choir performs live African choral in the historical setting of South Africa’s oldest wine estate, in front of special guest, 85-year-old anti-apartheid struggle veteran Denis Goldberg – one of only two surviving Rivonia trialists, tried alongside Mandela in 1964, and imprisoned for 22 years. Camellia Celebration at Vergelegen wine estate
Experience Vergelegen‘s International Camellia Garden of Excellence at their annual camellia celebration weekend. The camellia weekend will offer guided tours of the camellia garden, followed by refreshments in the Stables family restaurant. Each tour, led by the estate horticulturist Richard Arm, lasts one and a half hours and accommodates up to 30 people, so booking is essential. This year the tours will depart from Stables at 9 am and 2:30 pm.
