White Sangria Recipe


Recipe Neil Roake Ingredients:
  • 2 shots white rum (Bacardi)
  • 1 shot Cointreau
  • 200ml white wine
  • ice cubes
  • 2 lime wedges
  • 2T pomegranate arils
  • soda water

Directions: Pour the rum, Cointreau and wine over ice cubes in a red-wine glass. Garnish with a lime wedge, and top up with soda water to taste. Serves 2 This recipe was originally published in the 2013 House and Leisure Food issue.
