WATCH: Zero Carbon Food


Did you know that there’s a 2,5 acre hydroponic farm in London's Clapham? No? That's because it's been kept underground… literally! Renowned chef Michel Roux Jr. endorsed the project after seeing what Richard Ballard and Steven Dring were doing, which is, essentially, growing pea shoots, rocket, broccoli, mustard leaf and basil in a tunnel beneath the London underground.
