Recipe Stockfood Ingredients:
- 12 fresh oysters
- 1 unwaxed lime, juiced and zest grated
- ¼T wasabi
- 4T masago
Open the oysters and lay them on crushed ice. Mix the lime juice and wasabi, drizzle over the oysters and serve garnished with masago and lime zest. Serves 4 This recipe was originally featured in the House and Leisure 2013 Food issue.
