Smoked Trout Salad Recipe

  • 15ml olive oil
  • 500g smoked trout or salmon
  • 250g strawberries, halved
  • 100g Danish feta cheese
  • Handful of rocket leaves
  • Salt and ground black pepper
Directions: Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Place the trout or salmon, skin side down in the pan and fry until the fish is opaque. Set aside and allow to cool. Gently flake the trout or salmon using two forks and arrange on a platter. Add the strawberries and feta and top with the salad leaves. Season to taste and serve with a chilled Drostdy-Hof Natural Sweet Rosé. Serves 4 to 6
