White choc-pineapple aperitif



Ingredients

2 ½ cups (600ml) Pineapple juice

1 x 3.5oz (100g) Bar LINDT EXCELLENCE White Coconut, chopped

¼ cup (60ml) Rum

1/3 cup (80ml) Coconut liquor

2/3 cup (160 ml) Crushed ice

Method

Heat the pineapple juice in a sauce pan until it comes to a boil, remove from heat.

Stir in the chocolate. Continue stirring until completely melted.

Add rum and coconut liquor.

Chill completely.

Shake or whisk before serving.
