12 slices Parma ham
3t fresh thyme, chopped
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Wash quinces and place onto an oven tray. Cover tray with foil and bake for 45–60 minutes until soft.
Wrap quinces in Parma ham and place onto plates.
Combine butter, honey and thyme, and bring to a boil in a small saucepan. Spoon mixture over quinces and serve immediately.
