- 2 cups ice
- 2 bananas, sliced and frozen
- 4T peanut butter
- 4 cups milk
- cinnamon, to taste
- honey, to taste
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend to desired consistency. If you prefer a smoother drink, add more milk. Drizzle a little extra honey on top to serve.
Note: Can be made with rice or goat’s milk
