1 cup Wellness organic oats 2T Superfood Shake powder 1T Wellness chia seeds 1t salt 1 cup almond milk 1T Wellness nut butter 1t cinnamon Optional toppings Flaked almonds Honey Banana Berries

method

Combine the oats with the Superfood Shake powder, chia seeds and salt in a large glass jar and stir with a spoon. Add the almond milk, nut butter and cinnamon and mix until well combined. Close the jar, shake well and refrigerate overnight. Eat it straight from the jar or pour into a bowl and garnish with almonds, honey, banana or berries.
