A Menu for the Stars

French Champagne house Moët & Chandon has collaborated with famed Cape Town restaurant 95 Keerom to bring about a four-course menu fit for summer celebration. Chef Giorgio Nava has created dishes that best showcase the subtle flavours of the Champagne, while also celebrating some of the finer ingredients in season. Think fresh sashimi tuna and salmon and crayfish linguine with a cherry tomato sauce work to complement the bright fruitiness and enticing palate of Moët & Chandon Impérial. But it doesn't stop there - grilled fish of the day is served next with an tomato, olive and caper dressing, followed by a decadent chocolate fondant. With Chef Nava recently being awarded the prestigious title of Certified Master Chef of Italian Cuisine, you might not want to miss out on this delectable menu. 95 Keerom's ambience and attentive staff make the evening into what it should be: an epicurean delight. Expect to pay R1055 per person to enjoy a four-course meal paired with a bottle of Moët & Chandon Impérial. This menu is available until the end of 2015.   READ MORE: Dark chocolate mousse cake Calamari in tomato chilli Green curry pork meatballs
