Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie Recipe

  • 2 cups ice
  • 2 bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 4T peanut butter
  • 4 cups milk
  • cinnamon, to taste
  • honey, to taste

Directions: Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend to desired consistency.  If you prefer a smoother drink, add more milk. Drizzle a little extra honey on top to serve.
