Fresh fruit and leaf salad recipe

Recipe Phillippa Cheifitz Styling Nici Beaumont Photograph Malcolm Dare Ingredients: 1 small punnet of organic strawberries, hulled 1 small punnet of organic baby tomatoes 1 small punnet of organic gooseberries an assortment of organic baby salad leaves a handful of organic nasturtium petals for the dressing 2T organic raspberry vinegar 1t organic honey 4T organic olive oil sea salt and milled organic rainbow peppercorns, to taste Directions: Spoon the rinsed fruit into four wide bowls. Add the organic baby salad leaves and nasturtium petals. Mix the dressing ingredients and drizzle the dressing over the salad.
