Known as The Pirate’s Breakfast, this delicious drink, made from hot coffee and clotted cream (if you’re lucky, it’ll come straight from Robertson) will definitely warm you up this winter. Ingredients:
- 60ml Monis Medium Cream Sherry
- 80ml hot coffee
- 1t soft brown sugar
- 1T cream, (thick or clotted)
Directions: Heat an Irish coffee glass with boiling water. Drain and pour in the sherry. Add the hot coffee and the sugar, and stir well. Top with a heaped tablespoon of thick cream. Scrumptious!
