- 150g good-quality chocolate, grated or broken up into fine pieces
- 1 bottle vodka
- Crushed ice (optional)
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pot of gently simmering water. Pour off a little vodka from the bottle, add the melted chocolate, close the bottle and shake vigorously. If desired, pour the chocolate-laced vodka into a cocktail shaker with some crushed ice and shake it up again before pouring into little glasses for sipping. This recipe was originally featured in the 2013 Food issue of House and Leisure.
