Started by Anthony Gird, Michael de Klerk, Jeanne Marais and Dennis Williams (the team behind the secret Gin Bar and the ultra-cool Marrow), The Botanical Bar is set to be the next hip spot for innovative cocktails and delicious healthy nibbles.
