Black Forest Ham With Papaya and Avocado Salad Recipe

Recipe Phillippa Cheifitz Ingredients

  • 1 small papaya, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2T fresh lime juice
  • 1 small red chilli, seeds removed and finely chopped
  • A handful of coriander leaves
  • Salt and milled black pepper
  • 100g thinly sliced
  • Black Forest ham
  • Macadamia nut oil

Directions Arrange portions of the papaya and avocado on large plates. To make the salad dressing, mix the lime juice, chilli, coriander, salt and pepper, then drizzle it over the fruit.
