Riaad Moosa - Life Begins Does life really begin at 40? The Oyster Box Hotel is holding a bake-off in their Pearl Room. From a humble start in 1995 with 3 600 participants to 18 000 participants in 2016, the increasing popularity of the Tshwane Youth Arts Festival has been incredible.
