Willowlamp launches a collection for small spaces

Moroccan Vases

Willowlamp's enormous 9-ton chandelier for the Crown Perth Hotel in Australia made headlines earlier this year, but now, the South African lighting design company has moved in quite the opposite direction with a new range created especially for compact urban spaces. As such, the Small Space collection applies Willowlamp's intricate, imaginative approach to a series of designs that make a statement without crowding your home. The new pendants include the small Babylove, modelled after a four leaf clover, and an array of Moroccan-style lamps that evoke the beauty of North Africa. 'We have enjoyed great success with our original designs and, while we are still producing our traditional larger installations, we also wanted to expand and create smaller lights that are able to elevate compact spaces,' says Willowlamp's creative director Adam Hoets of the collection. 'The new designs give clients a level of creativity in their homes as well, as the smaller installations can either hang on their own or can be grouped together to create a unique effect.'
