Whip up basil foam

How to make basil foam
500ml milk
50g fresh basil
salt and black pepper, to taste
100ml milk powder
Put all ingredients in a saucepan, bring to the boil and blend with stick blender.
Use the foam that comes to the top to garnish vine tomatoes.
