Once a year, all manner of wine lovers and food enthusiasts gather for an event that tantalises all the senses. Noble Vice is a one-day, all-inclusive boutique wine and food celebration that takes a dynamic new approach. Six iconic chefs and 30 handpicked winemakers come together to create an unrivalled tasting experience. Hosted by the Neigbourgoods Market, the event consists of live and demonstrative, engaging and interactive activities all coming together for a bountiful feast. The winemakers on hand offer tastings of their essential selection, while each chef creates a single menu course in their signature style, paying homage to the terroir and tastes of the province. Chefs featured in this year's event include Wesley Randles (The Shortmarket Club), Chris Erasmus (Foliage), David Schneider (Chefs Warehouse at Maison), André Hill and Henry Vigar (Upper Bloem), Callie Louw (Southern Smoke) and winemaker-turned-chef Bertus Fourie, who is launching his new brand ASADOR.
