In true artisanal style, the flavours are not your run-of-the-mill offerings. You will not get basic flavours like plain pineapple or strawberry, especially when it come to their sorbets. Instead, you can enjoy remarkable combinations such as pineapple red pepper lime, avocado green apple & lime and strawberry celery.
Unframed have also worked hard in creating vegan versions of their most popular dairy flavours. These include chocolate tahini, caramel miso and coffee. By working on this extensive new range, Unframed are keeping in line with their modern approach to artisanal ice cream. They are all about flavour exploration in an an attempt to create the world's best-tasting and perfectly textured ice cream, which is healthier too.
The 24 new flavours will be rolled out throughout summer until Feburary 2019 and are available at Unframed stores in the V&A Waterfront and Kloof Street in Cape Town.
