This Amarula cocktail is an absolutely delicious way to enjoy this local cream-based liqueur... beware though, it's easy drinking, but packs a punch! Ingredients:

• 160ml Amarula
• 2T crushed brownie or chocolate biscuits
• 2T hazelnut liqueur
• 2T orange liqueur
• 30ml Oude Meester Ginger Liqueur
• Pinch of cinnamon
• Chocolate shavings/wedge of cookie to garnish
• Fresh ginger to garnish
• Ice cubes
• Crushed ice

Directions: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker or blender. Shake or blend for 30 seconds, pour over ice cubes into a highball or milkshake glass and add crushed ice as a top layer. Garnish with a cookie wedge or with chocolate shavings and fresh ginger.
