This Amarula cocktail is an absolutely delicious way to enjoy this local cream-based liqueur… beware though, it’s easy drinking, but packs a punch!
- 160ml Amarula
- 2T crushed brownie or chocolate biscuits
- 2T hazelnut liqueur
- 2T orange liqueur
- 30ml Oude Meester Ginger Liqueur
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Chocolate shavings/wedge of cookie to garnish
- Fresh ginger to garnish
- Ice cubes
- Crushed ice
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker or blender. Shake or blend for 30 seconds, pour over ice cubes into a highball or milkshake glass and add crushed ice as a top layer. Garnish with a cookie wedge or with chocolate shavings and fresh ginger.
