A new ethical burger joint, run by enviro-foodies Jonah Lewis and Jean Marc Lenferna, has opened on Bree Street. Yum!
Every aspect of the shop takes sustainability into consideration, from the construction of the shop all the way through to the packaging used for their delicious burgers.
‘Food is a massive global industry driven by a lot of negative, unethical and damaging practice. The ease of reaping benefits from a sustainable and ethical practice within the food industry, for a diverse range of players, needs to be foregrounded and is something that we are passionate about and actively promote,’ says Jonah Lewis.
Open Monday to Friday from 12am – 11pm and Saturdays from 5pm – 11pm, it’s the perfect spot to devour one of the best burgers in town.
