200ml freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
1 vanilla pod
1 sprig from a citrus tree (optional)
Add the vodka, grapefruit juice, Appletiser and ice to a large cocktail glass.
Split the vanilla pod lengthways, scrape the seeds from it and add both pod parts to the glass.
If available, use a small sprig taken from a citrus tree as a garnish.
