This first vintage offers hints of jasmine and orange blossom on the nose, which leads to a layered palate of dried apricot, ginger and lime notes. The finish is punctuated by a lively acidity and gentle smokiness from the French oak it was fermented and matured in.
3. delaire graff coastal cuvee sauvignon blanc 2015

A full-flavoured Sauvignon Blanc that combines citrusy notes with a flinty core.
4. andy mitchell ‘heuningkloof’ shiraz rose 2014
Greyton – R65.00
A delicious dry Rosè made from Shiraz, it offers an abundance of cassis, strawberries and ripe, red cherries with a touch of spice on the finish.
5. black block pinot noir 2013
Wellington – R179.00
Produced by architects Derek Henstra and Peter Fehrsen at Nabygelegan, the wine offers a lively, red cherry colour with subtle aromas of vibrant red berry fruit with hints of wild spice. The medium bodied palate offers savoury red cherry and ripe mulberry flavours entwined with balanced fruit acid and soft tannins.
