If you’re looking to purchase local fabrics and wallpaper before winter sets in, then head over to Room 13’s first-ever pop-up shop on 3 June. It will be hosted at El Burro Taqueria restaurant in Cape Town between 9am and 11am, and you can find discounts up to 50% on cushions, lampshades and armchairs.
We’re in love with its three new designs – Ambrosia, Antheia and Aphrodite. Meaning ‘food of the gods’, the Ambrosia wallpaper is luxurious and plush, and has recently been installed in the revamped Foodbarn in Noordhoek. Inspired by chef Franck Dangereux’s love for food, the design is composed of artichokes, pomegranates, star anise, string beans and a variety of herbs.
The Antheia collection is inspired by the Greek Goddess of Flowers.
The Aphrodite design is named after the Greek Goddess of Love and Beauty – and we certainly feel attracted to it.
If you want to attend the pop-up shop, email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible as space is limited.
