Ballack Art House is a collaboration between Gretha Meyer and Pretoria-based artist Ivan Ballack, featuring Ballack’s art in different product types and on a variety of surfaces.
Ivan’s favourite subject to photograph is undiscovered or ‘invisible’ vintage treasures. He uses his skateboard as his main form of transport when searching for forgotten finds. Through the medium of photography, oils and mixed media Ballack transforms the ordinary and unnoticed by placing them in a new environment and inviting observers to experience them in a new and refreshing way.
Ballack Art House successfully launched their flagship product, the square photo on canvas prints, into the retail and commercial market in 2013 and the product range now includes cushions, postcards, posters, kitchen magnets, T-shirts and aprons.
The Ballack Art House Gallery and online shop are constantly updated with new products and images, giving already purchased items a collector’s value.
You can purchase items directly from the Ballack Art House website and online shop at ballackarthouse.com.
